As\u00ed, estableci\u00f3 la misma fecha de vencimiento que ya reg\u00eda para el transporte y la distribuci\u00f3n de gas natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-1783937693710-39091\">La medida se implement\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del&nbsp;<strong>Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) 585\/2026<\/strong>, publicado este lunes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial con la firma del presidente&nbsp;<strong>Javier Milei&nbsp;<\/strong>y todos sus ministros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-1783940502582-28240\">El Ejecutivo justific\u00f3 la medida en la&nbsp;<strong>persistencia de riesgos t\u00e9cnicos, econ\u00f3micos y operativos&nbsp;<\/strong>que afectan la estabilidad y la sostenibilidad del sistema el\u00e9ctrico nacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-1783940525062-71927\"><strong>La declaraci\u00f3n de emergencia energ\u00e9tica fue declarada en 2023 y posteriormente prorrogada por los decretos 1023\/24 y 370\/25<\/strong>, y ahora se equipara su vigencia al plazo ya dispuesto para los sectores de transporte y distribuci\u00f3n de gas natural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ejecutivo justific\u00f3 la medida en la persistencia de riesgos t\u00e9cnicos, econ\u00f3micos y operativos que afectan la estabilidad y la sostenibilidad del sistema el\u00e9ctrico nacional.
